PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

1997 – Present CSB Battery Technologies, Inc., San Diego, CA. Position; Director of Corporate Security for world wide operations and General Manager of Administration. Developed and established executive protection staff, planned and supervised security division in Mexico facility. Surveyed and directed security at company facilities in the U.S., Mexico, Taiwan & Beijing. Arranged and directed security operations internationally for traveling executives. Duties included budgets, training, contracts, HR, systems ops, loss prevention, system planning and design. Developed and instituted plans and procedures for a new company security department. Conducted in depth internal investigations within the company. Provided extensive executive protection for the President & CEO and his family along with other executives of the company.

1992 - 1997 PLE Group (Professional Law Enforcement), Dayton , Ohio. As Director of Executive Protection for PLE, the job responsibilities include: setting up protection details, hiring and interviewing agents, training education coordinator for E.P. personnel, client and law enforcement liaison, account management, development of procedure manuals and logs, knowledge of access control systems, threat assessment, security consulting.
